Return Window
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unboxed but unused and in original condition.

The original packaging, tags, and receipt or proof of purchase must be included.

You are required to share a video clearly showing the product being unboxed, highlighting the issue (if any).
- We don't provide returns in such a case if product is opened.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@nivve.in with your order details and the required video.
Returns must be approved before sending the product. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with a video showing the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Opened or used personal care/beauty products.

Sale items or gift cards.

Custom, personalized, or hazardous products.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange, the quickest way is to return the item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 10 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received a refund, contact us at support@nivve.in.
